In conformity with the requirements, the said Notice is being sent electronically to all the Members whose names appear in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners and whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company/ Depositories as on Friday, 14th February, 2025, being the Cut-off date as mentioned above. The remote e-Voting period shall commence at 9:00 a.m. (IST) on Wednesday, 26th February, 2025, and conclude at 5:00 p.m. (IST) on Thursday, 27th March, 2025. The Result of the remote e-voting shall be declared on or before Saturday, 29th March, 2025. Kindly acknowledge receipt and take the above on record.
