| Initial public offering up to 41,72,800 equity shares of (Rs)10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Sat Kartar Shopping Limited ("SKSL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of (Rs)81/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to (Rs)33.80 crores ("The Issue"). Out of the issue, 2,33,600 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)1.89 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 39,39,200 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each at an issue price of (Rs)81/- per equity share aggregating to (Rs)31.91 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.50 % and 25.02 %, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The Issue Price is (Rs)81/- per equity share of face value of (Rs)10/- each.
The Issue Price is 8.10 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bid can be made for a minimum of 1600 equity shares and in multiples of 1600 equity shares thereafter.
