| Initial public offer of upto 22,84,800* equity shares of face value of
(Rs)10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Rapid Fleet Management Services Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)192 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs)182 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs)43.87 crores ("The Issue"). The issue includes a reservation of upto 4,21,800 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)8.10 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker
reservation portion i.e. net issue of upto 18,63,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)35.77 crores (the "Net Issue").
Price Band: (Rs)192 per equity share of face value of (Rs)10 each.
The cap price is 19.2 times of the face value.
Bids can be made for the minimum of 600 equity shares and in multiples of 600 equity shares thereafter.
