| Initial Public Offering of 27,272,727 equity shares of face value of (Rs)2 each (the "equity shares") of Easy Trip Planners Limited ("the company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)187 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs)185 per equity share) aggregating up to (Rs)510 Crores (the "offer"), comprising of an offer for sale of 13,636,363 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)255 Crores by Mr. Nishant Pitti and 13,636,364 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)255 Crores By Mr. Rikant Pittie (Together with Mr. Nishant Pitti, The "Promoter Selling shareholders"). The offer constitute 25.10% of the post-offer paid-up equity share Capital of the company.
